- Place medium bowl cold water (BaƱo de Maria) Bain Marie. (Glass bowl inside of a bigger bowl with water inside) cook for about 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean from center (Like a regular cake)
- Cook 1 cup of sugar medium- high heat on stove until caramelized.
- Once Flan is done pour caramelized sugar on top and put in refrigerator until cooled fully.
